Lake City, FL

Serving Lake City

Lake City sits about forty-five minutes north of our Gainesville base, close enough that a Lake City route is an ordinary day for us rather than a long haul. Columbia County schools and groups get the same drivers, the same vehicles, and the same standards we run at home.

For schools and camps, we cover daily morning and afternoon routes, field trips, and athletics travel through the school year. If you are budgeting for the coming year, daily route contracts explains how the pricing and terms work. Districts, charter schools, and private schools each have their own page under school transportation.

For groups and organizers, Lake City sits where I-75 meets I-10, which makes it a natural starting point for trips in almost any direction. Whether the group is heading to the coast, to a game, or to an event further south, the fleet has something that fits the headcount.

Travelling from Lake City

Most of the charter work we do out of Lake City is outbound, groups heading somewhere rather than moving around town. That means the vehicle choice usually comes down to distance and comfort rather than capacity alone. Our guide to which bus fits your group walks through the trade-offs, and the charter coach is the one to look at for anything over an hour.

Every vehicle carries DOT-mandated commercial liability insurance, and every driver meets the same record and certification standard we hold in Gainesville.
