Tallahassee, FL

Serving Tallahassee

Tallahassee is part of our North Florida charter coverage, and our contracted route work runs anywhere in the state. The capital region generates a particular kind of group travel, built around two universities, a working legislature, and the events that follow both.

For schools and camps, field trips and athletics travel are the bulk of what we move here. Teams and bands travelling between the capital region and North Central Florida make that drive constantly, and it is a route we know well. For year-round coverage, daily route contracts sets out the terms.

For groups and organizers, Florida State and Florida A&M keep a steady demand for game-day and campus-event transportation, and the state offices add conferences, delegations, and staff travel on top of it. Corporate and group events covers the professional side, and tours and charters the rest.

Long trips done properly

Tallahassee is far enough from our Gainesville base that comfort matters more than it does on a short hop. The charter coach is built for that distance, with reclining seats, climate control, and luggage space underneath.

Longer charters are quoted per trip rather than by a fixed local rate, so tell us the dates, the headcount, and where you are going, and we will price it. Get in touch and we will take it from there.
